Hello everyone being a local in Durango for 18 years I feel as though I should tell everyone about the upcoming week of Snowdown. Since 1979 I believe that this festival has been going on. During this week Durango hosts a theme that local businesses and locals can dress up or participate in the events being held; for free or little cost. This year’s theme is Snowdown In Da Nile! So pull out all of your Egyptian clothes and hit up the events that are out there. The last thing I would like to put out there is that the parade down town is lots of fun but chilly so don’t forget to dress warm if you go!
