After watching the movie in class it really took me out of the picture and began to make me think. People use the word "fag" so loosely it has become a totally different meaning then what it really means. After class and just going into the cub I think I heard the word fag used two or three times. It was really sad to think that people will use this word as something negative like saying that your a wimp or a coward but instead of just using those words they come out with fag.
I really liked this movie, i think it stopped people in their tracks and made them think about how they feel about using the word fag or how they feel about gay people. It really puts out there how hard it is for gay people in the movie industry even today! You would think that by now people would be ok with seeing a gay on stage but wrong there are still those types of people who don't like the gays.
I would suggest this film to other people because it really does make you stop and think about how badly people treat gays and use terms that are rude towards them in order to make fun of someone else.
